Welcome to HaaHoos – the Pottery, Painting and Party Centre in Twyford
HaaHoos will be opening again on Friday 19th June!
We hope you have all stayed safe through these strange times. Thank you for your patience if one of your items has been locked down with us and thank you to all the customers who supported us with takeaway orders during the last few weeks.
We are pleased to announce that we will be open again from Friday 19th June. This will be for drop off and collections only at first but not in-studio painting.
We are offering takeaway painting and craft boxes for collection from the shop or for delivery. Find out more info on that here. And if you have painted items at home waiting to be fired you will be able to drop them off and collect once fired.
We will be open for collections and pick-ups on:
Friday 19th June 10am – 4pm
Saturday 20th June 10am – 4pm
And then from Wednesday 24th June onwards, Wednesday to Saturday 10am – 4pm
There will be no need to make an appointment but we are introducing social distancing measures within the shop, so when you enter things will look a little different. We will be there to guide you and hope to keep things quick and efficient!
To ensure we can keep things easy and to avoid queues at the studio we would prefer for our customers to pre-order the takeaway pottery and craft kits by email (email@example.com) All information on what we have available is here.
Where possible we will encourage payment online or over the phone.
Thank you for your patience whilst we have been closed – it is now time to reunite you with your finished masterpieces!
If you could bring your white ticket to the shop during opening hours we will have your items parcelled up and ready to take home.
We will be working on the next phase of reintroducing in-store painting as soon as we are able to. We are keen to have your feedback and ideas on this as we will want all our customers to feel happy and safe when they come to us to paint. If you have ideas/comments or questions please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We hope to see you all (at a safe social distance!) very soon. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page for the most up to date information.
Thank you for continuing to be a very valued customer.
